Management

Since July 2001, the Company has been managed by CEIBA International Management Ltd. (formerly named Zapa International Management Ltd.) under an investment management agreement expiring in 2012.

The core team of investment managers of CEIBA International Management Ltd. is located on–the–ground in Havana and includes Sebastiaan A.C. Berger, Cameron Young and Enrique Rottenberg, who are all highly experienced with investing in Cuba and have lived in Havana for over 10 years.

CEIBA International Management Ltd. has the leading M&A and management team in Cuba with a proven track record of successful negotiation, acquisition and implementation of projects, together with profitable management of and successful exit from investments in Cuba.

In 2008, Sebastiaan A.C. Berger and Cameron Young completed “Cuba – The Regulation of Foreign Investment”, a 922 page review of Cuban foreign investment legislation, published by CEIBA Publications Limited.
